So, if you are after air flow gains at all costs, that's a very cheap boost in cfms. However...
"By streamlining the bridge area, we are going to invalidate much of the pump jet action. At leaner mixtures for road use, the flat spot may well be experienced, hence the reason for not recommending this mod for road use."
Why?
"Because the efficiency of the air passage into the engine is lower than the efficiency with which the fuel is discharged, there is a momentary increase in fuel/air mixture. This produces exactly the same effect as having a pump jet."
So, you pays yer money and you takes yer chances.
